Rain Koi 2

Rain Koi 2, by the popular American contemporary painter Titus Kaphar, is a colorful, unique, mixed media piece painted on a car hood with 3D lily pads that measures 59″ x 55″. Kaphar is an American contemporary painter whose work reconstructs and rejuvenates art history to include African-American subjects. He holds an MFA from Yale and his multidimensional often has canvases slashed and hanging off their frames. Kaphar’s paintings are held in collections of museums, galleries and collectors across the U.S.
